من نحن

موقع ذروة للحلول التقنية (dhruwajo.com) يقدّم خدمات تقنية في الأردن، منها منشئ السيرة الذاتية وتطبيق DhruwaJo. للتواصل بخصوص خصوصيتك: dhruwajo@hotmail.com أو عبر ماسنجر.

البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الحساب عند التسجيل بجوجل، أو البريد الإلكتروني عند التسجيل بالإيميل وكلمة المرور (كلمة المرور لا نراها ولا نخزّنها نحن، تُدار عبر Firebase Authentication من Google).
  • بيانات السيرة الذاتية: ما تكتبه داخل منشئ السيرة (الاسم، الخبرات، التعليم، المهارات، الصورة إن أضفتها، وغيرها). تُحفظ على جهازك، وتُحفظ في حسابك على خوادمنا (Firebase Firestore) عندما تسجّل الدخول وتحفظ الطلب.
  • بيانات الطلب: القالب المختار والسعر وحالة الطلب وتاريخه.
  • بيانات تقنية بسيطة: مثل معرّف الجهاز المحلي للطلب المخزّن في متصفحك (localStorage) لتذكّر سيرتك ورمز طلبك.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل الخدمة: حفظ سيرتك وعرض طلباتك، التحقق من رمز التفعيل، إرسال رابط سيرتك لبريدك عندما تطلب ذلك، والتواصل معك بخصوص طلبك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

الأطراف التي تعالج البيانات

  • Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول وقاعدة البيانات).
  • EmailJS لإرسال رسائل البريد (يمرّ عبره بريدك الإلكتروني ورابط سيرتك).
  • Cloudflare لاستضافة الموقع وحمايته.
  • Google Fonts لتحميل الخطوط.
  • Facebook Messenger عندما تتواصل معنا هناك (تخضع لسياسة Meta).

الدفع

الدفع حالياً يتم بتحويل CliQ خارج الموقع. لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية على الموقع.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وطلباتك ما دام حسابك فعالاً. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا، وسنعالج الطلب خلال مدة معقولة.

حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها. السيرة الذاتية تحتوي بيانات شخصية، فاحرص على عدم مشاركة رابط سيرتك أو رمز طلبك مع من لا تثق به.

الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 سنة.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Dhruwa Tech Solutions (dhruwajo.com) offers tech services in Jordan, including a CV builder and the DhruwaJo app. Privacy questions: dhruwajo@hotmail.com or Messenger.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email and profile picture when you sign in with Google, or your email if you sign up with email/password (we never see or store your password; it is handled by Google Firebase Authentication).
  • CV data: what you type into the CV builder (name, experience, education, skills, photo if added, etc.). It is kept on your device, and in your account on our servers (Firebase Firestore) when you sign in and save an order.
  • Order data: chosen template, price, order status and dates.
  • Basic technical data: a local order identifier stored in your browser (localStorage) to remember your CV and order code.

How we use it

To run the service: saving your CV and showing your orders, verifying activation codes, emailing you a link to your CV when you ask, and contacting you about your order. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Third parties

  • Google Firebase (sign-in and database).
  • EmailJS to send emails (your email address and CV link pass through it).
  • Cloudflare for hosting and protection.
  • Google Fonts for fonts.
  • Facebook Messenger when you contact us there (subject to Meta's policy).

Payments

Payment is currently made by a CliQ transfer outside the website. We do not collect or store card or bank details on the site.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and orders while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us, and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.

Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data. A CV contains personal information, so avoid sharing your CV link or order code with people you do not trust.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
